First time visitors to Stoneworks Rock Climbing Gym are required to read and sign a legal waiver before they will be allowed to climb. Copies of this document are available at Stoneworks Rock Climbing Gym but as an added convenience we have made it available to you through this web site.

 You may print out a copy and bring it with you, but PLEASE NOTE:  PDF is 3 pages, please complete and bring in all 3 pages.

Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the section titled "PARENTS OR GUARDIAN'S ADDITIONAL INDEMNIFICATION."  If this form is completed before the minor visits Stoneworks Rock Climbing Gym, notarization by a notary public is required.
